Judging from a quick Google search, it is some kind of liquid component to a test kit for determining oxygen levels in the water. I think. Most of the results came up somewhat vague on it's intended use.

oh ok, thanks. i was searching for somewhere to get oxygen tablets, or some oxygen for shipping fish. any ideas?

I've never had to ship fish so I don't know much about them. Did Google again to find these though.
