I have 6 guppy fry that are developing and 3 of them got color on their tails. I've noticed that they are all males and that the 3 more developed ones, their anal fins bend forward then bends back and i was wondering if that was normal or if something is wrong? I'm not sure what that means so any information would be great!

Very normal. They are becoming sexually mature. Male guppies will often move their gonopodium, lift their fins, bend their bodies and sort of shake as a display of "I'm so gorgeous you want to mate with me"

ohh okayy kool thanks for the info! :) so is it normal for them to do that to each other? Cuz i've also noticed one of the male is following another male and keeps swimming up to him facing him and doing a weird shake then the anal fin starts to bend. Is he confusing him with a female or is it a dominance thing or neither?

Yes, they will do it to whatever fish they think is watching, especially other guppies (male or female)... for the brief time I had a male in with my neons he gave it one try showing them his awesomeness too... quickly learned they don't care though.

I have a male only tank and its all they do ALL day long...
