I try NOT to think about the WHY'S AND WHERE'S and the such...........

I'm crazy enough as it is without trying to figure out why

Believe me....at times it is overwhelming trying to keep up with all these tanks and keep the records straight.

There are times I wish I only had a "few" tanks, but then I look around and can't imagine not having a basement full of glass and water!!!!!

wotfish-how long have you had the rainbow crab?is that like soapdish crabs? i've had them both but they didn't last very long,is there a trick?

never heard of a soapdish crab! rainbow crab has a purple shell, mine lives in his own tank, had him about 6 months now, hes shed his shell once. i feed him mussel, cucumber, grapes and crab tasties.

the saopdish crab looks just like it except it's brown(almost like bacon lol)thats as close as i can describe it.mine were killed by my malawis :(
he lasted a while but then out of the blue they ate his eyes  my rainbow jumped out,i put him back in but i guess he never recovered.
what size tank do you keep yours in?maybe i'll do the same thing

hes in a 10 gall, with bogwood for him to climb out onto, only half the tank has water.

sorry for all the questions but i'd really like to get another one :/
do you have a filter on the 10g?if not what kind of maintanence is involved?

oh!! one more thing what's a red kneck goby?do you have a pic?

thanx for the info
