personally no. It will be a pig to clean, the filtration would be pretty poor, flow control can't be good. It probably costs loads. Half would not be lit at any point. It doesn't look that clean and modern compared to what they could do.

On the plus it is interesting and would make a good feature for a single fish like a fighter or a large group of neons that could shoot all over the tank and through the tubes.

Just in real terms doesn't work.

I don't like it either, mainly for aesthetic reasons. I'm not keen on ball shaped tanks in general either.

Being a loach fan it would never do for me, I just cannot stop thinking how hard it would be to clean.

I bet you could bye a real serious set up for what it costs
