What Do You Guys Think?

Well stocked my 160 litre tank with this so far:
4 peacock gobies
1 black lace angelfish
2 pearl gouramis
5 male guppies
8 normani lampeyes
6 glass catfish
Also introduction of live plants which hope will grow and fill the tank nicely, here it is:

We were thinking of adding a pair of borelli apistos down the line but may stick to the gobies and introduce at some point a bristlenose plec and 4-6 cories. Also thinking of one more shoal of perhaps tetras down the line of either glolight, purple emperors or rummynoses.

Let me know what you think, we have been researching very carefully all over the net and trying to match things up, we have gone with these and will work through any problems that arise

Looks good - love that Angel!
Just keep an eye on the gobies - mine (not same species mind) attacked small fish, fins, fry and shrimp.

but the angle or the guppys wil have to go because once the angles get a little bigerthey will see the guppys as food

Thanks guys. Hey Nelly, yes I did to someone who had wanted them for two years but couldnt find any anywhere, she updates me regualrly and they have a kingdom to live in, so they went with a little tear but to a good home. This community is just what we need

The Angel is the one fish we have really attached to, he is extremely hyper lol. Thanks for the heads up on the gobies, they arent overlly big and shouldnt get much bigger but will keep a careful eye on.

What do you think of stocking, have I fulfilled the tank already or later add a little more, the filter is a Fluval 4 plus which does up to 215 litres and is on a 160 litre tank.

p.s. thanks again kizno! Yep we are most likley rehoming guppies to my sisters large tank (larger than mine) she has hardly any fish currently and will be helping her stock, she needs to replenish her guppies so these will be welcomed)

Thats dont look like peacock gobies to me...... but the blue sheild which can get naughty at times with other fish if it is.

They havent matured fully yet (the gobies) if that means any different? Oh er will keep an eye on them (thanks for heads up)

My sister, we have decided some more guppies (of better quality), pair dwarf gouramis...what were those other things. Quite simple fish that had impact!

can remember i remember i recomended a trio of apisto or a group of upside down catfish but thats all i can think off.

Ah think she may have gone for the apistos, the upside downs she was not too keen on and then we were thinking a small shoal (she has harlequins already)

It is about a 180 litre
Let me think...3 kuhlis, 2 mollies, 2 molly babies, 3 female guppies, 2 male guppies (planning on upping ratio or having one sex of guppies only), 6 harlequins, from what I can remember of what she said!

a shoal of tetras
a gourami as a center piece
and they a trio of apisto and a shoal of corys or upside down cats
then it should be fully stocked

Brill, I shall pass this list to her and see what she thinks, think the cories will be good as they have quite the characters.

yh there really active in shoals of about 10 so
10 corys
3 apisto (1m 2f)
1 gourami
10 tetras
and then that should be fully stocked
