I am currently feeding my fish

TetraColour Granules,
Tetramin Crisps
and generic brand Algae Wafers

My fish love the granules, not so much the crisps but they still eat them.

My loaches love the algae wafers as do my cichlids.

Every now and then i supplement them with skinned peas which they seem to gobble up, they show no interest in cucmber.

what I am worrying about is that all my fish except the loachs have really grown much, should i supplement them with live food

i dont know much about blood worms or tubifex worms

i would appreciate some advice :)

oh and i cant cultivate mosquito larvae my dads says no haha

thanks

adam

food, because it keeps them alive

...kidding

prawns / muscles / lancefish / bloodworm live and frozen / flake / hilraki pellets for cichlids / eathworm pellets / shrimp pellets / dried blood worm and other dried things like mealworms and so on.... A varied diet seems to work well, you know how sometimes a fish goes of one food suddenly, you have back up....like my snakeheads recently gone of shrimp, all she will eat at present is earthworm pellets

cichlid sticks.. cos hes an oscar

LOL chocolate donuts, that is hilarious

i really have to get me some live or freeze dried fish food

have a look on ebay for small shrimp and earthworm pellets, my catfish and bottom dwellers love the stuff, frozen bloodworms or dried bloodworms great as you can keep this much much longer than live, using live as a treat, :good:

whitebait fish, prawns , doramin, mussels , lance fish , loads really just depends what they pick of the menu

i use aquarian advanced nutrition tropical fish flakes. and i feed them earthworms weekly. whole for the kribs, diced for the others. i don't see the point in buying earthworms if you have a garden full of them lol.

cheers :good:

i would look on ebay but unfortunantly there isnt much on ebay australia,

if i ordered from us or uk the shipping would probably be to much aswell, I will look for earthworm pellets as they sound pretty good :good:

maby the frozen or dried bloodworms will be a good idea

thanks for all the advice :)
