What Do You Feed Your Aulonocaras

hey, i have a mixed peacock/mbuna tank and currently feed them new life spectrum and malawi flake food. i have read that aulonocaras like a meaty diet, i have blood worm pellets but havent used them as i have a few mbunas in there and didnt want them eating it.
should i feed them more meaty foods?

the nls is good, but try frozen brine shrimp and poss tetra prima.
