What Do You Feed Platy Fry

hello i have put six platy fry in a breeding trap and they have not been fed since they were born 2/3 days ago

what shall i feed them when
if you can help ill be gratefull thanks

finly crushed flake foods will be fine.

But if u can get some small live foods when their a little larger they love live food and the grow quicker on it.

do i need to feed live food to the parents on a regular basis if i can, if so how often

As often as possible with all fish they all love it.

the flake foods are formulated so you don't need to as they contain every thing fish need.

finely crushed flakes will do, like helterskelter said, baby brineshrimp will be good for them, when bigger, feed small bloodworms

make sure u don't other feed ur fry. most of the time they don't form properly if u try to grow them fast.

There is no truth to that. A saltwater Marlin, starts at the size of you pinky nail, and a year later, they are 2,000 times there original size. They dont look deformed to me.
