What Do You Do With Your Snails?

Hey

if/when you pick snails out of your tank how do you dispose of them??

at the minute i dont have much of a snail problem just wondering for if it gets bad

To prevent it from becoming a problem, simply do not overfeed. This is the prime reason why people's tanks get over run with snails.

i make sure i do not overfeed so hopefully wont get a problem with them

i like having snails they eat all the algae in the glass and the algae on the leaves I don't now why people complain about them

I have read that they squashed them in the glass and let the fish eat them that they are very good because of the nutrients

lol my synos generaly tae em off my hands quite literaly they are crazy for snails... also my dp goes mad on snails.. the only tank i have an issue with them is my snakehead tank .. but i dont mind em .. they are no problem

I love snails and have 3 kinds deliberately introduced. Not a problem, in fact do a great job of eating leftover veg and keeping sand clean. Had snails for 11 months and still not over run,as has already been said snail reproduction is not a problem unless you seriously overfeed.
