what do u think about the fluval 104 canister filter? like what personall experiences have u had with it? i bought it cause it was readily available working a a small pet shop, got it with my discount of 90% but never really thought to ask other ppl what they think. so post some opinions for me please.

forget fluval, go for eheim
classic, professional, professional 2 and eccos are all fantastic.

But fluvals are ok too I use internal fluvals in most of my tanks because they don't cost much and are easy to clean etc - never realy tried the HOB external canister fluval filters myself but, from what I've heard, they are ok but not as good as eheim (which I have tried and are excellent).

It's a nice little filter, I think you'll find it does a good job, even if it isn't up to eheim quality.

I got the fluval 204 external filter and its brilliant, it really is. Havnt tried the eheim ones yet, but theres no rush!

lol well as i said i got the fluval for almost half price cause of where i work. but may in the future ill lok into the eheim one, whats the price on something like that. my store only sells the hagan stuff so thats something to think of later one wen i have more money.
