she wont eat the tropical fish flakes....
so what do i do?

Live food. Flakes dipped in the juice of blood worms normally gets most tropicals eating again.

Try a different brand of flake food / fish are best feed a variety of foods feed some live food if you can or frozen blood worm are a very good for fish.
