Are you asking us if you can be bothered to buy plants and a co2 system at the same time?

I think only you know the answer to that. And if not, you'll probably find out when you get to the shop.

Fish welfare should always be priority, so definitely get the meds. But if you can afford all the equipment I can't see why you wouldn't get them all at once. Saves another trip!
