I was picking up some more Cory cats. And I saw some really nice looking plants. I saw this one that looked almost like a Banana plant but I don't think it is. I think it might be some kind of sward i don't know. What is this plant?

Anubias barteri :good:.

Tie it onto a piece of bogwood or rock for best growth. The rhizome (the part the leaves stick up out of) shouldn't be covered or it starts to rot.

It's a slow growing plant that can cope with ery low light levels but is prone to being taken over by algae if you keep it in very high light with not enough circulation/nutrients.

Thanks. As I was looking at it more I was starting to think it was some kind of Anubias. Yeah I am glad you agree I did not want a sward plant. I never have seen a Anubias with leafs like this so it throw me off. I have 2 different types Anubias nana, Anubias frazeri. I have a low light aquarium so I was scared I got something that would not grow.

Thanks you hit the nail on the head with this one. It is for sure a Anubias barteri Thank you again. I love how it looks I might go get some more.
