What Cories In A 60L

since i got another 60l I was wondering what cories would be best that I could have in a school of about 10 with maybe a dwarf gourami, dont really want pygmy our dwarf though.

Not sure if they'd work in a group of 10, but what about panda cories? I know they stay fairly small, but they are larger than pygmys.

do like the look of them but says they prefer cooler temps like 22 degrees celcius and dont do well in new setups even though I will be using media from my other tank and only adding 2 corys to start, our if i pass homebase i'll try get some ammonia to cycle it without which I will do infact as I pass one all the time and just remembred there. I like bronze our leapoard and sterbi I thing they are called but not sure about how many.

10 Panda's would outgrow a 60l.

The only ones I can think of that stay small enough for 10 in a 60l are Pygmy sorry. They are very cute though.

well dont gotta be 10, how many bronze do you think with a dwarf?

Bronze also like it a little cooler and Sterbai like it warmer.

I would go with Sterbai for DG tankmates, as they both like it a little warmer. You may get away with 6, but they will soon run out of space in a 60l.

Bronze Corys still mainly inhabit the bottom of the tank so I would still say 6. The only Corys I know that inhabit the whole tank are Pygmies.

i personally think in a tank that size you will be limited to pygmy corys or some corydoras habrosus

The albino corys are my favourite. Maybe 3 of those?

I could come round to pygmys how many do you guys and gals think as I might put some otos in aswell in a few months.

I would go for one male DG, ten Pygmy Corys and six Ottos when the tank is mature. You could also swap the Ottos for eight Neon Tetra if you wanted.
