What Coldwater Fish Can I Breed In A 30l Aquarium

coldwater fish:

goldfish. not suitable fr your tank
white cloud mountain minnows- suitable
zebra dannios- suitable
weather loaches- suitable
i think either rosy barbs can be kept in cold, have to check it up

i have zebra danios in my other tank.

i think i will go for WCMM's now many should i get for breeding? i will use the 30l for the adults and the 20 for raising fry with a carpet of java moss.

so now many adults should i get and what male female ratio

if you go on practical fishkeeping website, they have an article about breeding wcmm

i would use the 30 litre as a holding tank to get the females and males in good shape with a decent diet, the move a female and male into the 20 litre with a spawning mop after the spawn black out the tank for 3 days and do 50% WC, then feed BBS

and i take it i remove the sdults after they have spawned back into the 30l

i have a internal for the 30l but i was just planning on doing regular WCs in the 20l

you can make a spawing mop with string tied round a cork, its somewhere where they will lay the eggs.
