What Causes Holes In My Big Leaved Plants?

any ideas what i might be lacking in the tank? co2 is 25-30ppm at all times, i cant test no3 or phosphate so no clue what it is.

could be a lack of potassium? that causes pin holes in the leaves which get bigger and bigger over time?
