What can I do????

I have not had a fish die since the gar (which was not great when i took it) which was like months ago.
Ive had not diease or spots no bullying no fighting, all new tanks have had fish added and all doing fine.
My birchirs got a mark on its noggon where syno orinapinnis seems to have eaten his slime coat, but everything seems to be going great. What should i do?
Even me swordtails and guppy fry are all alive and well? Very strange....

Umm.... go and purposely infest the tank with snails? Encourage an algae bloom?

I do have few snails but cant do to much about it as its the Piranha than so i just pick them out as and when i can be assed.
