What Big Ish Fish Can Go With Guppy's,,glowlight Tetra's,,blac

hey,, what big ish fish can go with guppy's,,glowlight tetra's,,black tetra's,,swordtail,,corydora's,,redtail shark ??

In what size tank? With what current stocking? (with numbers of each)

your red tail shark will get at least 6" long. That big enough?

my tank is 3ft long 1ft wide 1ft deep i got about 10 guppy's 5 glowlight tetra's 2 black tetra's 1 swordtail 3 corydora's 1 redtail shark i know the shark will get 2 6" but im going 2 buy new fish tomorrow and was wondering what big ish fish can go with them ?

i think the biggest fish you can get away with in a 3 ft tank would be 7 inches max, and thats really pushing it. the bigger the fish the more space it needs in my opinion.not to mention the extra load on the filter/s. BUT... its possible. nothing is set in stone. i have a 4ft tank and the biggest fish i have is frank, a rather fat 7 inch ( grows out to 9 inchs max) Raphael / talking cat.

there are a number of 3-7 inch plecs out there and most of them get on fine with corys, tetras etc... a para pleco grows out to about 7-8 inches depending on the fish and conditions and bn's grow to 6-7 inches, again depending on the fish itself and the conditions..my bn is close on 7 inches now lol.

so to cut a long story short, a 7 inch fish providing you have adequate filtration should do ok,as for what fish,what type of fish do you want next?

I dont know what fish i want next lol enything that would get on with the fish that i have. But everytime i go to the pet shop thay got the same fish all the time im useing a like little pump filter in one

First of all I love all your plecos! They are so fun.

As to the question presented by daniel, my dad has a ghost fish in his tank with similar tank mates. It spends most of its time in a castle and really only comes out to eat. He also has angels. In the past I've had gourami's but you really need to watch them at the pet store before you buy because they can be aggressive.

As for the issue of your pet store always having the same fish, if you know what you want you can always ask them to order what you need. My pet store is always willing to order fish that I'm looking for and they don't have in stock. They are even good about holding the fish for me if I'm not able to get in right away to pick them up. ^^
