What Are These?

No. 1 is a Rosy Tetra (I think) possibly a Bentos Tetra
Excellent, thanks for the super fast replies, the pair are definately Rosy Tetras, now I can read up on how livebearers like the tank so I stand a good chance on getting lil fry!

Hope you your rosy tetras have lots of fry! :good:

IMHO
The first fish is a Rosy Tetra (Hyphessobrycon rosaceus)
and
The second fish is a pencilfish (Nannostomus beckfordi )

just a quick note, tetras are egg layers, not live bearers. Not sure if you are aware as your post made it seem as though you thought otherwise.
