What Are Theese?

does anyone now what theese are? i think they could be snails but my red tail shark seems verry protective of it!

the tank mates are:
7 Neon Tetras
4 Zebra Danios
2 Angel Fish
2 Red eye Tetras
2 Blue Platties
1 Red Tail Shark
1 Plecko

but I think snails also,
Lake Limpets to be precise search them on google horrible little things...
