what are some energizing fish thats always up to somthing and not just staying in one spot and is active and fun to watch?.......COMMUNITY FISH

Most barbs would fit that description., though care must be taken when adding them to a community tank with long finned or slow moving fish which can become targets for the fin nipping habbits of some species.

Zebra danios spring to mind. They're peaceful and VERY energetic.

cory cats most certainly, i got 3 recently and they're always nosing around in the substrate or swimming around the tank. really happy i got them

Without a doubt, for me that fish would have to be Harlequin Rasboras

Stunning little fish that swim all over the place and shoal pretty close together too, plus they get on with almost every other fish.

For me it would have to be serpae tetras - great orange / pink colouring and nice black&white fin details.

They shoal quite well together but as for the tiger barbs may nip at other long finned fish. I have 8 and they are constantly on the move, either shoaling or trying to establish who is top dog - they chase each other around tirelessly. Keep them in groups of 6 or more and the aggression is kept between themselves.

I love serpae tetras i have 4 in my 'fin nippers' tank with neon dwarf rainbows and cherry barbs. I wouldent put them in with long finned fish unless you have about 6.

Danios in general are fat moving fish and my harlequin Rasboras swim the length of the tank over and over. My lemon tetras are also very active with each other.

I would say thta danio's are the most active fish i've seen and had, they come in many colors and are contsnatly zooming around the tank .
