What Apistogramma is this

Hi guys anyone know what Apistogramma this is and if it's male or female?

I don't know which species, but it's a male. Look at those long fins, females have much shorter fins.

It’s a male Apistogramma hongsloi.

I'll second @Mr Limpet . It's a softwater loving male hongsloi, which is a member of the mcmasteri group if you want to check out its needs.
