What Am I Doing Wrong?

so i planted out my tank(20H) and it was going well for a while until i added more plants, mostly micro swords. Now the microswords are getting a little brown, some other plants are yellowing a little and i'm getting algae, especially on my driftwood which i only added maybe 2 weeks ago? i dose Flourish excel daily and Flourish 2x week. and im running 2x24w. Whats the problem here? Do i need to add CO2? would the Red Sea turbo CO2 bio system suffice?

youve got quite high light, how much flourish are you dosing? and does the flourish contain NPK?

im dosing aprrox. 2ml 2x week. what do you mean by NPK?

thats not enough, i dose 5ml a day and you have more WPG than myself. NPK nitrogen phosphorous and pottasium

for flourish that is more than enough. As for excel i dose 5ml every day
