What Age Can You Sex Mollies?

I have 5 mollies that are 5 weeks old, (they'll be 6 weeks this Tuesday, the 28th) and 9 new babies that were born yesterday...
My question is at what age do they have to be when they become males or females? Cuz all mine right now all look like females still... I know the newborns have a while to go, but I mean the 5 week old guys.. Well, they're almost 6 weeks now, and at what age can they start reproducing themselves?

I have about 40 that are close to 3 months old and I am starting to think that some of them are beginning to look like males. Mine are over an inch long and becoming somewhat solid looking but no real gonopodiums yet.
