I just began this hobby very recently... and... most of the fishes were doing fine but...
EVERY SINGLE FISH in my tank was infected but different kinds of diseases. One would have that lice crap on it's head and the other had roundworms. I really have no idea on what to do now. I don't have the time or knowedge to treat every single one of them...

Well...
a. You have FAR too many fish for a 4.9gal tank, and the most likely reason why you have so many fish in infected is due to the amount of enviromental stress each others company is causing to another which results in lowered imune and other protection systems in the fish.
b. Are you positive you have roundworms on your fish? the swollen spot on the fish in the link below i have included is a roundworm;

Does your fish affected have anything like this?
c. To start with i would do a large 100% water change in the tank; does the tank have any filtration or heating?

I just did a full change in water... and yes... it was a roundworm because I saw the crap hanging from a female guppy's anus... and there's been many cases like that. My male guppy has huge red spots on either side of it... It's always hiding so I can get a good shot with my camera.

Use a med called "Clout" to treat the roundworms- what do the red spots look like exactly i.e how big are they and do they have any texture to them?
You will have to rehome alot of your fish in the 4.9 gal- its too small for all the fish apart from the guppys, and even then its a tight squeeze. Rehoming as many of your fish as posible or upgrading to a larger tank of suitable size will improve your fish's health alot :thumbs: .
Do you use dechlorinator?

yes... I did use a water conditioning thing... for tap water. I'll be going to the local fish store soon to get the medication... I will add stree coat as well... I may not be able to start building the new tank even though I have been planning on it for a week. I need to find out more on where I'm gonna buy the glass.

Im sorry about all the bad news i had to give, but then again we've all gotta start somwhere :thumbs:
There's a DIY and fish profile sections on the site if you need more info- your selection of current fish aern't all well suited to each other.
