Hi guys,

After lots of fretting my cycle seems to be nearly complete (thank goodness!) all stats look good and my fish seem happy and healthy! YaY! I was hoping someone might be able to recommend either one or two different larger fish that can live peacefully with my current stock. I have so far, 3 Mollies, 9 guppies (3 males 6 females), 4 neon tetras and a pleco. My tank is 125L, I don't wanna add to much more obviously but I was hoping to add a 'centre piece' fish or fishes.

Yay for tanks being cycled! Exciting to finally get to stock it!

I kept a gourami with my guppies & mollies! Personally I think gouramis are beautiful and they got along great with my whole tank!

I would agree with Bill, Gourami's would be a nice addition go for something like pearl gourami's and avoid pink kissers.

I bet Billsfan905 has a female Gold Gourami, otherwise it would probably be quite a bit more aggressive if it were a male. I had a young male Gold Three Spot and he absolutely bullied a Platinum Sailfin Molly that was twice his size! Females are a much better bet if you decide to get a Three Spot Opaline, Gold or Blue Gourami. As another poster suggested, Pearl Gouramis go great in community tanks, male or female.

Thanks guys, I was thinking of Gourami too, I'll definitly go for the Pearls if that's the ones that'll go best! I also have a platinum Sailfin so don't wanna get one that'll upset them! Thanks so much guys x
