Weird Swollen Gill...

Hello,
I have had a Denison barb with a swollen gill for... probably a month now. He hasn't changed (i.e. gotten worse or better) and I've treated him with Gill Flukes Meds (Maracyn 2, Jungle Parasite Clear and Clout... not all at the same time!) and he hasn't gotten better.

I would appreciate all the help you guys can offer! I feel bad for putting him through all the meds, etc, but I want him to get better!

I'll update with the water stats later... I haven't tested yet!

Are you sure it's not something stuck in his gills? Like, maybe deep in there causing them to swell? Like maybe a growth of some kind?
And what are your water stats, and tank size?
Might be better if we have more info.

Water stats would be good in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
It does look swollen and red and inflamed, gill flukes can be quite hard to get rid off.
I would try another round of meds.
