Weird Stuff Found In Tank ? Please Answer

I was cleaning my small tank of only 5 fish and one small snail. I noticed some weird gunk on the side and when i looked closer there were little white specks inside the gooey clear stuff. i left it in because i thought it might be eggs but i am not sure. I only have 3 mosquito fish (One pregnant) a platy and a guppy. So i am not really sure. If you could identify this stuff that'd be great!

Pond snail eggs are in a jelly-like substance and are little white dots.
