Weird Behaviour During Treatment Help

I've been doing a myxazin treatment for cotton wool in my tank I've took the carbon out of my filter but my platy is acting strange today
Ph 6.5
Amm & nitrite 0
Nitrates 20-30 usually 5 but since treatment gone up
What's wrong with him
