i live in a very hot country having a pond setup outside with a hob filter stack on a brick. at this moment the outside temperature is 32 celsius and the pond water is 28.5 C
during summer it will be more heat, any ways to reduce the pond's temperature?

information :
- the maximum summer air temperature (next month) will be 44.6 degrees Celsius (112.3 degrees Fahrenheit)
- about 5-7 gallon pond
- about 3-4 hours per day of direct sunlight
- 500 ml seachem matrix
- 680 liters per hour of hob filter
- current water temperature is 28.5 C
- a few plants
- no soil
- half of the matrix used as substrate and another half is in the filter

Normally you shade the pond when it's hot but it appears to be in a semi shaded area anyway.

The big problem you have is the small volume of water and the shape of the pond. A larger volume of water will take longer to warm up or cool down. A more normal shaped container can be easily insulated to help stabilise temperatures.
You could insulate the pond with some spray on expandable polystyrene foam or something that acts like a blanket.
You could put a frame around the pond and fill around it with soil to insulate it.
The only other option is to move the pond indoors during the hottest time of year.

The fish look like Betta splendens and the pond has a good surface area with aeration from the filter. They should be fine with a water temperature of 35C and possibly warmer.

My ponds had an air operated sponge filter in them and some plants. They contained Australian and New Guinea rainbowfish and the water temperature hit 40C+ in summer and they were fine. The main thing is for the temperature to go up or down slowly and if the fish look or act stressed, then move them into a cooler spot (indoors instead of outdoors).
