Wave maker?

I have a 230l tropical fish tank I have a airstone and sponge filter would you recommend a wave maker to avoid dead spot as my aqua one occellaris 850 doesn't seem all that powerful on the outlet

You probably don't need a wave maker; just get a regular power head.
