orderd heater last weekend and it still aint come , when i phoned them they said the guy who sorts that is out ATM , 5 times in a row

I had a nightmare with something I got from them on ebay. Sent the wrong item then argued with me that they hadnt spoken to me on the phone earlier that day - Then the next day confirmed that they had.
