that looks like it how do i get rid of it i hate the look of it so much.

Either put your lights on a timer, or only turn them on manually while you are home. Keep the light hours reduced, but first keep the lights off for three days and dim the tank as much as possible by wrapping the tank with towels or blankets. This will help kill the algae. Then, while keeping the lights off, you should be able to see an improvement with water changes, I think. Then keep your lights to around four or six hours a day for a while until the algae is managed.

ok thanks

Agreed, I wouldn't keep the lights on anymore then 6-8hrs once you have the situation under control. Also, you can also invest in a UV sterilizer it will can any parasites, bacteria and algae as it passes through it.

Do you have plants in the tank? If not you can black it out for a few days. Just minimal ambient light and frequent water changes until the problem goes away

Even if you have plants... a black out is still a great way of eliminating it, followed by water changes.
