Water Testing Results

Hi Newbie here, i've done everything Back to front,
Stumbled across this site a few days ago and hoping to do things better now.
I Have Mature filter Matter, Real Plants and Fish !!!
The Tanks been going about three weeks and a friend popped round to do water reading for me, I'd like to know if these are ok,
Ph..7.6 Ammonia.. 0 Nitrite..1 Nitrate..4

Not sure if you need tank size , make etc..

I know i will be in for some stich for doing things back to front, but intend to do things right now. Sorry

Well, your nitrite is too high and needs an immediate water change to bring it down. Hopefully you're just experiencing a mini cycle from the filter media being moved, which does sometimes happen. You really need to be testing every day to watch for ammonia and nitrite.
