Water Quality Report

I just downloaded a copy of my home town water quality report to make sure it is OK to make saltwater for my aquarium without using RO. If I am not mistaken we are looking for a neutral or as close to 7.0 PH level. As well as high hardness level and a Phosphate level that is below 1.0 ppm is this correct. From what I gather from this report everything looks good for the water except for a PH of 8.3 this cannot be correct, right? 8.3 for drinking water.

Would someone look at this report for me and make sure that I am not misreading something, I would really appreciate your help with this matter.

Yep that's ok....incidentally, the pH of my local water is around the same as yours.

I'd use a filter if it were me. Our water is above 8 out of the tap as well. You will probably have better luck with this question in the saltwater forum.
