Water Mites

Have just done a water change and noticed whst i think are water mites, they stay on the surfsce of the water or above the wster line on the tank wall. They are very tiny about 1mm and hop around. There is quite a few of them so how do i get rid of these things.

Mayby Ostracods? if thay are the fish should just eat them,

Hard to tell, they are so small you can only notice them because they move.

Your right it is springtails but how do i kill them have tryed squating but the just jump in the water before you can get them.
