My wife was cleaning and replanting the plants in betta tank.
She spotted strange water something and ran and grabbed me and pointed to it.
I calmly checked it out and puzzled at such thing. At first, it definitely looks like a praying mantis but I doubt it because I am not familiar with insects and their lifecycles. I checked its tail and it is completely different than any insect that I had seen in my life. I googled on it. Seem to be damselfly larvae but not sure 100% on this. Not sure if anyone had seen one. Yep, my wife found this in the aquarium! I am surprised and puzzled on this because I don't see any damselfly coming in our house, let alone laying the eggs in there!
So what do you think???
