hi all,

i am just after some heater suggestions please.

i currently run two rena smart 150 heaters on my 200 lt tank but have found they do not last long.one has just packed on me and i have just found they are no longer available to buy so any suggestions on a heater replacement please? i do use them for the filter inlet function but do not know any other suppliers that do so?

thanks

There are a lot of pretty reliable heater manufacturers these days.

Personally I have used Fluval E Heaters, Jager, and Aquael Easy Heaters, not had any problems with any of them to date.

I find newatt pro heaters to be very good, unbreakable too, never did like the Rena smart heaters all mine broke down within a very short space of time too.

its a shame that the rena smarts are not very reliable, just brought a tetra HT150 so lets see how that gets on!

Have to agree with ch4rlie, the ehiem jager is by far the best heater I've used in any of my tanks. They seem to last forever!
