Hi! I bought some drinking water from Walmart (the one with the green cap) and I did a ph test.
The water was very acidity. The color was on the yellowish side.
Any suggestions to make the ph the way it should be?
Thank you.

Hi Nubble5

Any reason why you want to use bottled water? When you say acidic.....what number Ph did it come out at?

I know that people have had bottled water for their bettas and it seems to be ok.
The lowest ph reading was 6.2 and it was even lower than that.

That should be fine.....our Ph is 6 from our tap and I know people in other parts of the country that have Bettas and their Ph is 8.

Yep. My pH is around 8, but all my fish seem to thrive in it anyhow. Just make sure that all the levels are still okay. I've heard that it's better for water to be a tad basic rather than it being on the acidic side.

As long as your tap water isn't in the extremes of PH, it should be absolutely fine as long as you treat it with dechlorinator before water changes.
