Water Flow

As some know i have a 350L, the plants have are starting to suffer i im pretty sure its the result of poor water flow in a big tank. I have just chnaged my external filter to a tetratec 1200 from the aps 1000. I have the option to remove the juwel internal and add a power head(wave maker thing) or i can get a another tetratec 1200 for the other side FREE from work.

I figure 2 externals are better then 1 right? im a little worried about 2 sharing the bioload

I'd do the two externals, and also get a small wavemaker

Thanks dont think i will have room for the wave maker after the second exteral, im fussy on wires in the tank lol
