Water Flow

Have recently been having trouble with cynobacteria and part of the problem is the water flow between the LR and tank is in a dead space but am only looking for something small to keep the water flowing to help stop the cyno build up on the tank side.
does anyone have any suggestions?

didnt realise they did them that small, thought the koralia 1 was the smallest but that looks perfect for what i want!
