I use AquaSafe from Tetra and it works great. Another good one is Stress Coat from API.

where do you get it from?

All places that sell fish should sell it - aquasafe is the most common I should imagine. It may be cheaper online but you would have to pay postage - so it's easier to get it from your lfs.

Another very good one is Seachem Prime, you use much much less of it. I'm gonna get me some today in fact!

I started using dechlorinator for ponds. I use *much* less now.
For 10 litres i use 0.5ml instead of 5ml of aquaclear.

thanks all for your help have ordered some aquasafe online,but the next time ill try the seachem prime it looks to be more economical

I'll second Seachem Prime. A bottle will go a long way since it only requires 5 mL for each 200 L (50 gallons) of new water.

I don't like the aquasafe, it gives the water a bluish tint, though it is cheaper. I tried it, then went back to API stress coat. You'll find what suits you best.

I use aquasafe, my lfs sells it pretty cheap and it does the job well . I use StessCoat dechlorinator when i'm treating sick fish.
