ive ordered a api master test kit of ebay still hasnt come yet and i cant really go my LFS everyday for my water stats do u think i should just do a 10-20% water change on my tank everyday to be on the safe side not a fully cycled tank btw

How big is the tank and what stock do you have?
In my 125L tank with (then) 7 danios I found I was doing 40%+ water changes daily. Being really honest I gave up testing for about a week or so and just got on with the tests - knowing from my past tests that it was a big enough change to deal with the bio load.

If you are doing a fish-in cycle and don't know your stats then daily water changes are a must I guess if cycle has yet to complete :good:

ok thx will do i love this place get better advice from here than my LFS there just out for your money not the fishes health

You just got to remember that there are two types of fishkeeping....hobby fishkeeping and retail fishkeeping

I'd go for more than 20%.

While you have the hoses / buckets out, its not much more of a job to do 40%.

Then when you're test kit comes, you can see where you are.

Good Luck
