How long should i wait to give my tank a water change after adding new fish or doesnt it matter to much. Just need to give the gravel a little clean really.

though you don't say how long your tank has been cycled, ill assume its cycled an been running for some time, so 25% a week seems to be the average, imo its only really. the stress to the fish of very large water changes. that make the undesirable. there are some who do this 25% every other day. but that's a choice not a necessity

I'd say next day is fine if the fish settle quickly, maybe a couple of days if they're very skittish. No need to delay it too long tho, the fish will have to get used to the whole process anyway After all water changes are to benefit their health !
