My entire valley has been devastated by historic flooding. Half the state flooded. People are trapped. 31 highways are closed. The levees overflowed. 100,000+ had to evacuate. We barely were high enough to avoid it but most weren’t so lucky. It’s still raining the rain hasn’t stopped.

I have been seeing this on the news. The first thing I wondered was if you and family were OK. Glad to hear you are on higher ground.

Stay safe.

Thankfully we are! There is another atmospheric river hitting us this coming week, this time bringing snow with it. hopefully it won’t be as bad. The storm this week was the equivalent to 15% of our annual rain in like 2 days
