hello there, ive been thinking about changing my stock for my 64L tank
i have 9 espei/hengeli rasbora and a betta (thinking i want to keep the betta though)
but what do i do with my current stock ?

any idea's what i could keep in a small tank like mine. looking for a bottom dwelling species and a schooling fish that isnt too difficult :)
preferably would like the bottom dwellers to be schooling as well :)

You could have 6 corys, small school of fish and your betta (always add the betta to the tank last as they are territorial.
This will help:

I agree, still havent decided on my group of schooling fish

64 litre? Decent size to play with,

Get a nice sandy bottom and possibly have 12 Pygmy Corydoras, a group of 20? Lampeye's & your Betta. & possibly consider some Shrimp for the future.

James :good:

If you're using the fishbox 64, PLEASE, if you haven't already, change the internal filter to something like a fluval U2 :p the Interpet PF series is OK at the most in my experience.

i still have the PF2, ive not got any money to spend on a new filter at the minute. i dont really know a lot about which filters are good and which are bad anyways as i've only ever had an under gravel filter and the PF2 i have now. i think it will be okay for now might inest in an external when i have saved some moneys :)
