Wanting A Betta But....?

Hi all,

Im looking at getting 3 female bettas, my plan is a tank 60 x 30 x 45 (roughly, as i'm having a friends old tank and he's not 100% sure on the dimensions), fine gravel, 6 glowlights, 6 neons, and live plants.

Is this any good?

Any help much appreciated.

Do you know how many gallons the tank holds roughly?

Stocking wise it could work, although they do say you should have around 5+ female bettas to spread out aggression. Also im not sure how well the tetras would do if you got a female with an aggressive personality.

Since females don't have the long finnage they should be relatively ok. Just keep an eye on them.

also try rice fish they are pretty are very gentle
