I saw the walmart 55 gallon fishtank it says it comes with filter, food, dechlorinator, hood and fixture and maybe a heater not sure?
So I was wondering if anyone has used it before and tell me what your opinion is on it?
Ohh yea it has a stand for it but I dont know if its good or not?

The filter on it (and most of their complete kits) is woefully inadequate - I used the same filter on a 40 gallon and wasn't entirely satisfied. It doesn't come with a heater I don't think, and it only comes with enough dechlorinator to fill the tank once and a few days worth of cheap flake food. The lighting isn't great but should be serviceable.

If you buy a second identical filter, it can work, but for a 55, a canister filter is a far better option.

so the filter isnt good so i shouldnt probablly get it and I could probabally find a better deal in my paper?
For a 55gallon with heater 2 filters, stand, food, decor, and 2 powerheads for 125 thats a pretty good deal isnt it?

Since it includes the stand I'd say yes (a new 55 gallon + stand alone can cost more than $125)...but it'd be a good idea to contact the seller and see if you can look at the tank and equipment before purchase. Stands can be one of the more expensive aspects of aquariums unless you've got the space, powertools, and know-how to build your own.

filter sucks, i currently run an aquaclear 70 with the filter it came with (just cuz it cant hurt to use it still), mine came with a heater but its only made for 50 gallons (i found hularious), it still works tho.. tank itself along with lighting, etc.. works for me..

thanks I think I might just look in the paper because the tank is like 160-200 and stand is 90$!!!expensive

the stand is ok, but its a typical walmart type furniture, nothing spectacular and doesnt always fit right

I think, from what I have seen, that the tank and light strip are fine for fish only. The light is not up to the demands of plants but very few tank kit lights are. The filter and so forth are the cheapest available for a tank that size and in my opinion they should be treated as if they do not exist when you start looking at the value of the package. If the tank and light strip alone do not warrant the price being asked, don't buy it. If they look like a good price compared to a tank and lid only at another store then go ahead. A good quality filter and heater are not cheap anywhere but they can typically be obtained on line at better prices than at a LFS. A cheap filter and heater are a false bargain. I would rather spend $25 on a good heater than buy a new $10 one every 6 months but that is how I feel about many items in my life. Lots of options exist for good quality substrate and it depends where you are headed with your tank which one you should get. For cories and similar fish, sand can be a good choice. For plants, a rich substrate can be needed depending on your plant choices. For some people who like them, the colored gravel the LFS sells can be their best choice.
