Vomiting Fish

My gold gourami keeps vomiting up the food i give him, also my tinfoil and now panda barb are also vomiting(yet eating it back up)

i recently started feeding sinking shrimp pellets to my dinosaur Bichir so he would actually eat something, and the rest of my fish really like the shrimp pellets.

i also use flake food to supplement

Are you sure they aren't taking it into their mouths, then spitting it out?
Or is it clear they are eating and swallowing? Sometimes fish will take something, then spit it out and do it a few times so they can swallow it/fit it in their mouths easier.

pretty sure its vomit, after eating, a few minutes later it all comes out half digested.

see i nkow its not that because they will chew then spuit out, this is well after the fish has already eaten, i am positive it is vomit

Check the gills to see if they are red and inflamed or pale with excess mucas on them, just to be on the safe side.
