Violet Goby

What can anyone tell me about a violet goby? Sorry I don't even know what category its in.

Brilliant fish I kept two for over a year,they were very territorial
They were easy to feed and the dominant one grew very quickly to about 8 inches
Mine I bought from a freshwater set up where they looked I'll and they did great in a brackish set up
